FULTON - William Woods suffered a 26-24, 30-28, 28-26 loss Saturday to No. 19 Evangel, but the Owls bounced back the same day with a 25-23, 25-16, 25-15 win against Friends (Kan.).
Abbi McKnelly (Jefferson City High School) finished with 29 kills on the day, while Brittney Engelbrecht (Helias High School) tallied 74 assists for William Woods (20-14).
