Most of you probably remember Nancy Pelosi's statement on Obamacare, "we have to pass the bill so that you can find out what is in it, away from the fog of the controversy."
Newly revealed statements by an Obamacare "architect" are clearing away the fog.
Jonathan Gruber is an MIT professor of economics. Wikipedia describes him as "a key architect of ... Patient Protection and Affordable Care Act, sometimes referred to as Obamacare." Gruber was paid almost $400,000 for his "expertise." Videos of Gruber telling the truth about Obamacare have now surfaced.
In 2012 Gruber said that John Kerry pushed forward a way to add a tax on expensive health insurance plans. Gruber said that everyone knew that the companies would just pass the cost of the tax through to their workers/customers. (A liberal acknowledging that businesses don't pay taxes, they just pass the cost through to those who buy their products.)

In 2013, at another conference, Gruber said that the Obamacare bill "was written in a tortured way to make sure the CBO did not score the mandate as taxes," He went on to say "Lack of transparency (to stupid voters like us this means lying) is a huge political advantage.

In another 2013 conference Mr. Gruber again called American voters as stupid.
