A Salem, Mo., man was placed on five years supervised probation for pleading guilty to not filing state tax returns.
Michael Rickey, 46, was charged with three counts of failing to file a Missouri income tax returns for the tax years 2009, 2010 and 2011.
Rickey was also ordered to pay $29,843 restitution.
The case was prosecuted in Cole County due to the fact the state revenue department is based here.
