4 Mid-Missouri residents hurt in accidents

An Eldon man was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 4:58 p.m. Wednesday on Bagnell Dam in Miller County.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report a 2000 Ford E150, driven by John A. Kelemen, 72, Edwards, and a 2005 Chevrolet 3500, driven by Clifford L. Peters, Eldon, collided on the drivers' sides, striking the mirrors of both vehicles.

Peters was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

It is not known if Peters was wearing a seat belt. Kelemen was wearing a seat belt.

• Two Jefferson City residents were injured in a one-car accident at 6:50 p.m. Wednesday on U.S. 50 west of Maries River Bridge in Osage County.

The patrol reported a 2005 Pontiac Grand AM, driven eastbound by Michelle M. Green, 50, struck a deer, skidded off the right side of the road and came to rest on the shoulder.

Two passengers in the Green vehicle, Megan M. Green, 26, and Hailey R. Walters-Green, 9, were taken to Capital Region Medical Center in Jefferson City.

All three were wearing seat belts.

• A Rocky Mount woman was injured in a two-vehicle accident at 7:50 a.m. Thursday on Route Y near Missouri 52 in Miller County.

The patrol reported a 2008 Chrysler Sebring, driven northbound by Michelle E. Djuricin, 55, Rocky Mount, was stopper for traffic and was struck in the rear by a 2002 Ford F150, driven northbound by Emilee A. Morgan, 16, Eldon.

Djuricin was taken to Lake Regional Hospital.

Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
