MEXICO (AP) - A central Missouri man is jailed after a woman was shot to death.
Audrain County Sheriff Stuart Miller says 34-year-old Mexico resident Summer Hickman was found dead after a shooting Sunday at her home. He says the shooting apparently was related to a domestic dispute.
Miller says in a statement that a 34-year-old man was jailed facing charges of second-degree murder, domestic assault, armed criminal action, possession of a firearm and four counts of endangering the welfare of a child.
An autopsy is scheduled for today.
