Helias Catholic High School will be hosting a speed development camp Tuesday through Thursday in Jefferson City.
The camp will be held at Helias and run from 5:30 - 7 p.m. Those dates and times are slightly changed from the original schedule to account for many grade schools still being in session.
The camp is for any boy or girl entering grades 5-8. The camp's focus will be on teaching the athletes how to improve their speed, quickness, and overall athleticism. Registrations will be accepted the first night of camp. There is a camp fee.
