Eleven members of the Lincoln baseball team were named to the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Academic Honor Roll on Thursday.
John Bisges, James Earleywine, Craig Jones, Nathan Lueckenhoff, Joe Jungmeyer, Jameson Mahan, Joshua Register, Zach Roberts, Logan Smith, Adam Stegman and Ben Stewart all received recognition from the league for their performance in the classroom.
To qualify for the honor, a student must carry a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher and have completed at least two full semesters at a league institution, excluding summer terms.
Of the 11 Blue Tigers honored by the MIAA, nine are seniors, including Luekenhoff, a marketing major, who leads the team with a 3.889 GPA. Fellow seniors Bisges, Smith and Jungmeyer all carry a GPA of 3.5 or higher.
