Lewis and Clark girls take 1st

ROLLA — Jessica Rhoades won the shot put and discus to lead the Lewis and Clark eighth-grade girls track and field team to a first-place finish at the Rolla Invitational on Friday.

McKenzie Gourley won the 1,600-meter run, while Stephanie Fisher took second in the long jump and triple jump to help lead the attack.

Isaac Summers won the 100-meter hurldes and Mason York brought home a win in the pole vault to lead the Lewis and Clark boys team to a third-place finish.
