Elderly Springfield man found safe after being reported missing

Alva S. Wray has been found and is safe. The Springfield Police Department has canceled the Endangered SILVER Advisory issued earlier for him.

The Springfield Police Department has issued an Endangered SILVER Advisory for a missing man last know to be near Lake Ozark, today.

Alva S. Wray, 94, is 5'-7" tall, 165 lbs, has gray hair and brown eyes.

Wray appears to be disoriented and confused.

He was last know to be in a white 2005 Cadillac Deville bearing Missouri license plate FE2C0D and last seen in the Lake Ozark area driving towards Miller County

Wray was enroute to Pontiac, MO, but was contacted in Morgan County and appeared disoriented and uncertain of how to get back to Springfield.

He was contacted again at 9:55 a.m. at the toll bridge in Lake Ozark.

Anyone seeing Wray or anyone having any information on where he might be should immediately dial 911 to contact the nearest law enforcement agency or call the Springfield Police Department at 417-864-1810.
