WARRENSBURG - Jordan Poire tallied three goals while Tiffany Weaver totaled two goals and two assists Monday night as Helias blanked Warrensburg 10-0 in a game shortened by the mercy rule.
Kendall Smith also had two goals for the Lady Crusaders. Becky Robers, Morgan Rundle and Jane McCurren had one goal each.
Also picking up assists were Poire, Roberts, Maddie Lammers and Rundle.
Helias (12-6-1, ranked No. 5 in Class 2) will host Jefferson City on Wednesday. The JV game will start at 5 p.m., with the varsity contest to follow around 6:45 p.m.
In Monday's JV game, Helias improved to 10-1-1 with a 9-0 victory against Warrensburg. Sydney Schrag had three goals for the Lady Crusaders, while Maggie Kehoe added two. Abby Shepard, Julie Harris, Sarah Pierle and Paige Weaver had one each.
Kayla Yanskey and Kehoe had two assists each. Pierle, Weaver and Harris all had one.
