BELLEVILLE, ILL. - A five-run fifth inning lifted William Woods to a 7-1 victory against Lindenwood University-Belleville on Wednesday.
Dustin Kremer (Blair Oaks High School) was 2-for-3 and drove in a run, while Damon Adrian (Eugene High School) was 1-for-1 and scored two runs to help lead the Owls.
William Woods (17-8) will host Lyon College in a three-game American Midwest Conference series this weekend. The Owls will open the series with a doubleheader starting at noon Friday.
