St. Charles student reported missing

ST. CHARLES, Mo. (AP) - Authorities in St. Charles are searching for a missing 18-year-old community college student.

The St. Louis Post-Dispatch reports (http://bit.ly/1dnyGWp ) that the St. Charles County Sheriff's Department has been searching for Bahia Bisharat, who was last seen Wednesday. She reportedly didn't come home from a St. Charles Community College satellite campus in Dardenne Prairie.

St. Charles County sheriff's Lt. David Tiefenbrunn says there doesn't appear to be any foul play in her disappearance but that it's uncharacteristic of her to not come home. He says she didn't have a cell phone or credit cards with her that could help track her, and her vehicle was located unlocked.

He says she's been listed on the nationwide missing persons data base.
