Prep Baseball: Vienna 11, Tuscumbia 1

TUSCUMBIA, Mo. - Trenton Miller allowed one hit and struck out four in five innings as the Vienna Eagles claimed an 11-1 win against Tuscumbia in the season opener Friday.

Miller was also 2-for-4 and with two RBI, while Dalton Backues tallied two hits and drove in two runs to lead the Eagles at the plate. Dakota Hollis added two hits and an RBI, while Layne Agan was 2-for-3 was scored two runs to help pace Vienna, which had 11 hits.

Vienna (1-0) will host Russellville on Tuesday.
