The Cleveland Cavaliers set the record of 26 consecutive losses in the 2010-11 season.
The Sixers (15-54) would have to pull off an upset to avoid tying the record. Up next, three straight road games at Chicago, San Antonio and Houston. If the Sixers lose all three, the potential record 27th loss would come March 29 vs. Detroit.
Michael Carter-Williams, one of the few bright spots this season, led Philly with 22 points, 13 rebounds and nine assists.

TORONTO (AP) - Kevin Durant had 51 points and 12 rebounds, All-Star guard Russell Westbrook limped off in the third quarter with a sprained right knee but the Oklahoma City Thunder survived to beat the Toronto Raptors in double overtime.
Durant hit a go-ahead 3 with 1.7 seconds left in the second overtime, Reggie Jackson scored 25 and Serge Ibaka had 13 as the Thunder won their fourth straight and finished off a 3-0 road trip that also included wins at Chicago and Cleveland.
The Thunder are 12-2 on the road against Eastern Conference opponents.
DeMar DeRozan scored 33 points and Amir Johnson had 25 points and 12 rebounds for the Raptors. Kyle Lowry scored 25 and Greivis Vasquez fouled out after scoring 21.
SPURS 99, KINGS 79
SACRAMENTO, Calif. (AP) - Marco Belinelli scored 13 of his 17 points in the fourth quarter, Kawhi Leonard had 15 points and seven rebounds and the NBA-leading San Antonio Spurs eased past the Sacramento Kings for their 12th straight win.
Manu Ginobili added 14 points, and Tiago Splitter had 11 points and 11 rebounds. San Antonio (52-16) remained 1½ games ahead of Oklahoma City and Indiana for the league's best record.
The winning streak also is San Antonio's longest since rolling off 12 in a row in November 2010.
Isaiah Thomas scored 18 points and DeMarcus Cousins had 15 points and 13 rebounds for the Kings, who were held to a season low in points.

INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Luis Scola had 19 points and Lance Stephenson finished with 15 to lead the Indiana Pacers over the Chicago Bulls.
The Pacers (51-18), who took a 13-game lead on the Bulls (38-31) in the Central Division, went on a 19-0 run in the third quarter.
Carlos Boozer was called for a Flagrant 1 foul with 7:31 left in the third, Roy Hibbert made two free throws and Stephenson made a basket to give the Pacers a 63-45 lead.
DJ Augustin and Jimmy Butler each scored 17 points for the Bulls, who have lost two of their last three.
NETS 114, CELTICS 98
NEW YORK (AP) - Joe Johnson hit six 3-pointers in his 27 points, Mason Plumlee added 18 points, and the Brooklyn Nets won their 11th straight at home, beating the Boston Celtics.
Former Celtic Paul Pierce had 14 points and Andray Blatche and Jorge Gutierrez added 10 apiece for the Nets, who won their third straight game and ninth in the last 10 to remain within 2½ games behind the Atlantic Division-leading Toronto Raptors. Brooklyn moved within one game of the Chicago Bulls, who lost at Indiana, for the fourth spot in the Eastern Conference playoff race.
Knotted at 45 with 6:49 left in the second quarter, Brooklyn went on a 19-9 run to pull away from the Celtics, who lost for the sixth time in their last seven games.
Avery Bradley led Boston with 28 points and Rajon Rondo had 12 points and 12 assists.

MIAMI (AP) - Ray Allen scored 18 points to lead the Miami Heat to a comeback victory over the Memphis Grizzlies.
Miami rallied from an 84-77 deficit with 4:08 remaining and scored 11 unanswered points. Allen's 3-pointer with 3:27 remaining began the comeback and Dwyane Wade's jumper with 1:32 remaining tied at 84. Wade's two free throws with 1:04 left gave the Heat their first lead since early in the third quarter.
After Mike Miller missed a 3-point attempt with 51 seconds remaining for the Grizzles, LeBron James' jumper with 24 seconds left capped the Heat's late rally for an 88-84 advantage.
Zach Randolph scored 25 points and had 14 rebounds for Grizzlies. Marc Gasol finished with 14 points, but left with an ankle injury midway through the third quarter.
PELICANS 111, HAWKS 105
ATLANTA (AP) - Anthony Davis had 34 points and 11 rebounds, New Orleans took the lead with a 12-0 run that began at the end of the third quarter and the Pelicans beat the Atlanta Hawks.
Tyreke Evans had 21 points for New Orleans, which completed a two-game sweep of the season series.
Davis set career highs with 40 points and 20 rebounds in New Orleans' 121-120 overtime win over Boston on Sunday and then missed a loss to Toronto on Wednesday with a respiratory infection.
The Hawks' five-game winning streak ended. Jeff Teague led Atlanta with 26 points and eight assists.

DALLAS (AP) - Monta Ellis scored 26 points, Dirk Nowitzki added 21 and the Dallas Mavericks pulled away from the Denver Nuggets in the fourth quarter.
The Mavericks avoided a season sweep by the Nuggets, who ran away with a win in Denver two weeks ago to hand Dallas its longest losing streak at three games.
Vince Carter shook off a dislocated pinkie on his left hand in the first quarter to finish with 13.
J.J. Hickson led Denver with 18 points and eight rebounds before leaving with an apparent injury in the fourth quarter.

PHOENIX (AP) - Eric Bledsoe scored 15 of his 23 points in the fourth quarter and the Phoenix Suns pulled out a victory over the Detroit Pistons.
Goran Dragic added 20 points, 15 in the first half, and Markieff Morris scored 16 for the Suns.
Rodney Stuckey scored 23 and Andre Drummond had 13 points and 16 rebounds for the Pistons in their fourth overall loss and 12th straight on the road.
Bledsoe, in his biggest game since returning from knee surgery March 12, made a 3-pointer as the shot clock expired to put the Suns ahead for good 89-86 with 3:22 to play.
Detroit was just 10 of 26 at the foul line, to Phoenix's 24 of 35.
WIZARDS 117, LAKERS 107
LOS ANGELES (AP) - John Wall had 28 points and 14 assists, leading the Washington Wizards past the Los Angeles Lakers.
Tempers flared with 2:14 remaining and the Wizards ahead 108-98, as Jordan Hill and Nick Young got into a scuffle with Gooden after a battle for a loose ball. Referees Scott Foster, Mark Ayotte and Nick Buchert went to the video monitor at the scorer's table review, and Gooden was assessed a Flagrant 2 foul and was ejected. So was Hill, who received a technical foul. Young also got a technical, but stayed in the game.
Young and Jodie Meeks each scored 21 points for the Lakers.
