COLUMBIA, Mo. - Sophomore pitcher Griffin Goodrich allowed three runs in seven innings as Missouri topped UW-Milwaukee 7-5 on Tuesday night at Taylor Stadium.
Goodrich struck out four and didn't issue a run in his final three innings to improve to 2-0 on the season.
Ryan Howard launched his first career homer in the midweek contest, while Eric Anderson extended his on-base streak to 12 games and Shane Segovia pushed his hitting streak to six games.
The Tigers improved to 10-9 on the season, while UW-Milwaukee fell to 3-9.
The teams will square off again today at 6 p.m.
