A $500 reward is being offered by the Jefferson City Area Crimestoppers for information leading to the arrest of a driver who ran into a house early Wednesday morning in Cole County.
Sheriff's department reports show that at 3:17 am, deputies responded to 4700 block of Henwick Lane on a call of a vehicle running into a house then fleeing the scene.
No one in the residence was injured, however, the front door of the residence was caved in and a window was broken.
The suspect vehicle is described as a big red pick-up truck, possibly a Ford or Dodge.
The vehicle should have extensive front end damage.
Debris was found at Route T/ Bus 50, but the vehicle was not located.
