Your Opinion: Government not the problem

Dear Editor:

Government, government, government. That's the cause of all our problems and of course President Obama, according to Republicans anyway. Brainwashing and fear anyone?

Our problem isn't government, it's the people we elect to government, in my thinking conservatives.

If it wasn't for government many things we use and enjoy may not be here now; all infrastructure we use and its conveniences. Government is needed for order, fairness and rights.

No government, no Constitution, no rights.

The greedy, globalist, billionaire capitalists are trying to run our government, millions and millions of dollars to try and run our elections and elect candidates they want. They don't pay 35 percent tax rates either, too many loopholes for them. They want us working people to pay the taxes.

President Obama socialist, extreme liberal, I don't think so. He is in the capitalist fold, too. He would never have gotten in the White House otherwise.

Global warming is dangerous for all. Those frackers in Texas and Pennsylvania and oilers in North Dakota and elsewhere are probably getting government help, low cost loans, pay little or not taxes. Lawyers and lobbyists anyone?

We need people in government federal and state that work for us not tax avoiding billionaires and greedy capitalists.
