Several cases were dismissed in Cole County Court this week including the case against a Jefferson City lawyer who had been charged with felony stealing.
Thomas Robbins, 34, was accused of taking money from another attorney, Dan Dodson, whom he shared property with in the 300 block of Marshall Street, between January 2010 and August 2011.
Another dismissed case involved a Meta woman charged with escaping from custody. The charge against Stephanie Wiebold, 31, had been filed in October 2013.
Another dismissed case involved a Jefferson City man charged with assaulting a woman. The charge against Shawn Armstrong, 43, was filed in February.
