Perhaps a better name for the "Right to Farm Bill" would be the "Anti Animal Welfare Act," which seems more appropriate, as it appears to be a retaliation piece from a bunch of sore losers.
As I remember it was the hidden meaning in Prop B that got farmers all upset. Well folks, here is the hidden meaning in the Right to Farm Bill. Have a nice home in the country? A hog farm could become your next door neighbor and there is nothing you can do about it. Dangerous and a waste of time amending the state constitution.
As for Smithfield Foods, one can do a web search and get all the facts about the pork sell out to China.
