Two people were hurt in a collision between a car and a Jefferson City bus Wednesday morning.
Police reports show the accident occurred around 6:42 a.m. at Lafayette and East Miller streets.
The car, driven by Linda Welch, 61, Holts Summit, was going east on East Miller and failed to yield to the bus, driven by Ronald Howell, 38, Jefferson City, which was going north on Lafayette.
Welch struck the front, driver's side of the bus.
A passenger in the bus, Ashra Cole, 34, Jefferson City, complained of pain in her arm and was taken to Capital Region Medical Center for treatment.
Welch also complained of some minor pain, but declined medical treatment at the scene.
Howell had no reported injuries.
Both drivers were wearing seat belts.
