Business owner charged with stolen property

A Cole County business owner is charged with receiving stolen property.

Chasity Wyatt, 32, New Bloomfield, is also charged with possession of methamphetamine and possession of Tramadol.

A Cole County Sheriff's Department probable cause statement shows deputies served a search warrant in April at 54 and More, a business Wyatt owns on Farm View Road.

They found items that had been stolen from a storage shed that had been burglarized in the Apache Flats area.

The items were valued at $750.

A bag with methamphetamine was found in the shop's back office area, and the Tramadol was found in Wyatt's car.
