Two Linn Creek women were hurt on Thursday evening when the car they occupied crashed in Camden County.
The Missouri State Highway Patrol reports Stephannie M. Seamer, 26, was driving a Suzuki Forenza northbound on Route V, just south of Victoria Road, at 5:10 p.m. when she failed to negotiate a curve. The vehicle ran off the right side of the road, then returned to the roadway and overturned.
Cristie M. Bowden, 34, a passenger in the car, sustained serious injuries. She was transported by ambulance to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach. Seamer received minor injuries and was treated at the scene of the wreck.
The patrol reported Seamer was wearing a seat belt but Bowden was not.
