WEBSTER GROVES, Mo. - The Webster Groves Statesmen outscored the Jefferson City Lady Jays 30-10 in the second half and posted a 50-27 victory Friday night.
Webster Grove led just 9-7 after one period and 20-17 at halftime, but outscored Jefferson City 17-4 in the third and 13-6 in the fourth to win it.
Kaley Ruff and Megan Foster scored six points apiece to lead the Lady Jays.
Jefferson City (8-11) will host Ozark on Monday.
In Friday's JV game, Webster Groves snuck out a 34-33 win.
