Humphreys scored 30 points and grabbed 11 rebounds to lead Tuscumbia past Belle 80-69 on Tuesday night.
Behind 21-16 after one quarter, Tuscumbia responded to take a 41-32 halftime lead before holding a 57-47 edge heading into the final period.
Wyatt Ahart tossed in 16 points for the winners while Orrie Patterson had 15.
Mason Price led Belle with 21 points while Jesse Wilson had 16.
Tuscumbia (11-6) hosts Fatima on Thursday.
