Blair Oaks rallies for win

ASHLAND - It must have been quite an inspirational halftime talk.

The Blair Oaks Falcons trailed the Southern Boone Eagles 18-10 after one quarter and were behind 34-33 at the half.

The Falcons then opened the third quarter with a 19-2 run and finished with a 72-46 victory Tuesday night against the Eagles in Tri-County Conference action.

Three Falcons - Kory Franks, Haydn Lock and Logan Gratz - had 14 points each.

Blair Oaks (13-3 overall, 3-0 conference) will host Cole Camp on Thursday.

In Tuesday's JV game, Blair Oaks had three players in double figures in a 69-49 victory over the Eagles.

Owen Luebbering finished with 21 points for Blair Oaks (5-2), while Cody Alexander and Jordan Null added 11 points ech.

In the freshman game, Blair Oaks (5-8) was a 72-39 winner. Kade Franks had 19 points, while Ryan Paschall added 13.
