CALIFORNIA, Mo. - Morgan Brandt pumped in a game-high 22 points to lead Fatima past California by a 53-44 score Thursday night.
Annie Bock added 13 points for the Lady Comets, who improved to 10-4 with the victory.
Fatima led 15-10 after one quarter, stretched it to 29-22 at halftime and made it 37-28 after three quarters.
Meleigha Caudel had a team-high 19 points for California while Sydney Deeken added 12.
The Lady Pintos (10-6) will open play in the Russellville Tournament at 6:30 p.m. Monday against Warsaw.
Fatima, which will play Hermann at 4 p.m. Sunday at Mizzou Arena in the MFA Oil/Break Time Shootout, won Thursday's JV game by a 37-35 score.
