The exact cause for a Monday fire that destroyed a house in Jefferson City is still being determined, but fire officials believe there was nothing suspicious about it.
According to Jefferson City Fire Department reports, the fire in the 3400 block of North Ten Mile Drive left $100,000 in damage.
The fire was reported just before 11:30 a.m. with the structure engulfed in flames when fire crews arrived on the scene.
No injuries were reported.
