BOSTON - Phil Pressey dazzled in his first career NBA start.
The former Missouri Tiger point guard started for the Boston Celtics during their 88-83 victory against the Toronto Raptors on Wednesday night.
Pressey, an undrafted rookie, played 26 minutes while dishing out 10 assists compared to zero turnovers. He didn't register any points, going 0-for-5 from the field. Pressey added three rebounds, a steal and a blocked shot.
For the season, Pressey is averaging 1.5 points and 2.0 assists in 11.3 minutes per game. He's played in 35 of Boston's 40 games.
