CALIFORNIA, Mo. - Southern Boone hit 15-of-19 free throw attempts in the fourth quarter to give the Lady Eagles a 51-42 victory against the California Lady Pintos on Friday night.
Southern Boone was up 11-7 after one quarer 22-20 at halftime and 30-26 after three quarters.
Emma Anderson paced the Lady Eagles with 17 points, while Kelsey Roush led the Lady Pintos with 10 points.
California (8-3) hosts Southern Boone again Monday in the California Tournament.
Southern Boone won the JV game 33-24.
