SALT LAKE CITY (AP) — Chiney Ogwumike had 30 points on 13-of-17 shooting and added nine rebounds to help No. 4 Stanford rout Utah 87-61 on Friday night.
Amber Orrange had 14 points for the Cardinal (14-1, 3-0 Pac-12). Stanford improved to 17-0 against the Utes, shooting 57.4 percent (35 of 61) from the field and 57.1 percent (8 of 14) from 3-point range.
Emily Potter had 16 points and eight rebounds for the Utes (7-7, 0-3). Michelle Plouffe added 14 points, eight rebounds and five assists. Utah shot 38.6 percent (22 of 57) from the field.
NO. 19 CALIFORNIA 57, NO. 17 COLORADO 55
BOULDER, Colo. (AP) — Afure Jemerigbe made a layup with 7 seconds left to lift California past Colorado.
Rashanda Gray had 15 points for California (11-3, 2-1 Pac-12), and Brittany Boyd added 13 points and eight rebounds. The Golden Bears overcame a late 10-point deficit.
Arielle Roberson led Colorado (10-4, 1-2) with 21 points.
NO. 23 ARIZONA STATE 94, SOUTHERN CALIFORNIA 86, OT
TEMPE, Ariz. (AP) — Katie Hempen made a 3-pointer with 3:34 left in overtime to give Arizona State the lead and the Sun Devils made 6 of 8 free throws to hold off Southern California.
Deja Mann led the Sun Devils (13-2, 2-1 Pac-12) with 21 points.
Alexyz Vaioletama had 21 points for USC (10-6, 3-1). She forced overtime, hitting a 3-pointer with 2 seconds left in regulation to tie it at 77.
