RUSSELLVILLE - A.J. Grellner scored 19 points to lead No. 4 Russellville past No. 5 Stover in the first round of the Class 2 District 8 Tournament on Monday.
Russellville led 10-7 after one quarter, 25-16 at halftime and 35-24 after three quarters.
Russellville (13-13) takes on top-seeded Tipton in a 6 p.m. Wednesday semifinal. Tipton defeated Linn 68-31 earlier in the day.
