RICHLAND - The Eugene Eagles suffered a 63-56 loss to Iberia on Monday in the championship game of the Richland Holiday Tournament.
Travis Kempker scored 20 points to lead three Eagles in double figures. Tyler Kempker finished with 15 and Chase Dickerson added 10 for Eugene (10-1).
The Eagles jumped out to a 24-12 lead after the first quarter, but Iberia (9-1) outscored Eugene 17-8 in the second quarter and 20-11 in the third to take a 49-43 lead into the final period.
In Saturday's semifinal game, Eugene rolled to a 71-54 win against Bourbon.
Travis Kempker scored 21 pints, while Dickerson added 12 and Travis Rush finished with 11. Tyler Kempker added 10 points to help lead the Eagles.
Eugene led 12-9 after the opening quarter, 29-21 at halftime and 46-36 after three.
