Starr gets probation for drug sales

A resident of the Dulle-Hamilton Towers in Jefferson City has been placed on five years supervised probation for pleading guilty to charges in connection with selling narcotics.

Russell Starr, 37, was charged with two counts of selling narcotics in public housing between August and October.

Authorities said he sold diazepam and oxycodone to a confidential police informant.
