CHICAGO (AP) - Jewell Loyd scored a career-high 41 points - including seven in overtime - to lead No. 5 Notre Dame to a 94-93 victory over No. 25 DePaul on Wednesday night.

With Notre Dame down 93-92 with 5.3 seconds left in overtime, Loyd was fouled on a drive and hit two free throws to help the Irish (9-1) win their sixth straight in the series.

The Irish overcame a late six-point deficit in regulation to force overtime.

Brittany Hrynko missed four late free throws for DePaul (6-3).

Loyd tied the school record for points and also had 12 rebounds. Madison Cable had 20 points and 11 rebounds, and Taya Reimer added 15 points and 11 rebounds.

Hrynko scored 32 points for the Blue Demons. Megan Rogowski had 16, and Chanise Jenkins 12.

NO. 9 BAYLOR 88, IDAHO 70

WACO, Texas (AP) - Kristy Wallace made six 3-pointers and scored 24 points in her return for ninth-ranked Baylor after the Australian freshman missed five games to play for her homeland team, and the Lady Bears beat Idaho.

Nina Davis added 21 points and Niya Johnson had 15 points and nine assists for the Lady Bears, who have won six games in a row to improve to 7-1.

Wallace had three 3s in the final 6:25 of the first half, when the Lady Bears used a 20-12 run to finally get some separation against Idaho (4-4). The Australian guard had an assist on the opening basket after halftime for a 41-30 lead.

Stacey Barr, who like Wallace is a guard from Australia but is a senior, had 31 points and five 3-pointers for Idaho (4-4). Ali Forde added 14 points.

NO. 17 RUTGERS 88, TEMPLE 55

PHILADELPHIA (AP) - Kahleah Copper and Betnijah Laney each scored 20 points to lead Rutgers past Temple.

Laney was 10 of 15 from the field and had five rebounds, four assists and three steals, and Copper was 8 of 12 and had seven rebounds. Rachel Hollivay added 14 points and four blocks for Rutgers (8-1).

Tyonna Williams made four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points for Temple (3-6).

NO. 23 WEST VIRGINIA 79, DUQUESNE 60

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Bria Holmes had 27 points and five steals to help West Virginia rout Duquesne.

Holmes was 13 of 24 from the field and had four assists. Averee Fields added 20 points for West Virginia (7-1). April Robinson scored 14 points for Duquesne (5-4).
