Boys basketball: Tipton rallies past Belle

In 46-43 victory

BELLE - The Tipton Cardinals trailed until there were less than four minutes to play, but they finished strong to defeat Belle 46-43.

Bryce Sanders had a double double, scoring 10 points and pulling in 11 rebounds. Dylan Cooper also scored 11.

Tipton shot 12-of-34 from the field and 4-of-11 from the free-throw line.

Belle led 16-10 after one quarter and 19-16 at the half.

Jesse Wilson led Belle with 12 points. Lane Sanders scored 11, and Logan Shanks had 10.

Tipton plays Friday at Cole Camp in the Cardinals' conference opener.
