Jefferson City woman hurt in wreck

A Jefferson City woman was injured in a one-car accident at 7:55 a.m. Tuesday on U.S. 63, south of Country Road 395 in Callaway County.

According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2006 Pontiac Grand Prix, driven northbound by Taylor L. Inman, 21, lost control and traveled off the left side of the road, striking a median cable barrier.

Inman was taken to SSM Health-St. Mary's Hospital in Jefferson City.

She was wearing a seat belt.

• A Camdenton woman was injured in a one-vehicle accident at 8:40 a.m. Tuesday on Missouri 7, north of Velvet Antler Road in Camden County.

The patrol reported a 1998 Ford Expedition, driven southbound by Lisa D. Chaparro, 48, traveled off the right side of the road, struck a tree and then struck a utility pole.

Chaparro was taken to Lake Regional Hospital in Osage Beach.

She was wearing a seat belt.
