The Jays led 10-7 after one quarter and increased their lead to 12 at the half and 15 after three quarters.
Justin Cobb led Blair Oaks with 7 points.
Jefferson City (3-0) plays at California at 5 p.m. today. Blair Oaks (1-1) faces Eldon at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the Osage Tournament.
