TIPTON - The Chamois Pirates came up short against Smithton in the Tipton Tournament on Wednesday, 58-35.
Tanner Mitchem led Chamois with eight points.
Smithton outscored the Pirates by three in the first quarter, 10 in the second, three in the third and seven in the fourth.
Chamois (0-3) plays Bunceton in the Tipton Tournament on Friday.
