MEXICO - The California Lady Pintos came up short against Father Tolton, 42-37, on Monday in the Mexico Tournament.
California led 11-5 at the end of the first quarter, but the Trailblazers pushed to a 19-18 halftime lead.
California took a 31-29 lead into the final quarter, but Tolton outscored the Lady Pintos 13-6 in the fourth.
Cameron Meyer led California with 11 points.
Father Tolton (2-0) was led by Laura Elfrink's 13 points and Hope Wright's 10.
California (0-2) plays Battle at 6 p.m. Wednesday in the tournament.
