Two injured in Jefferson City wreck

Two people were hurt in a two-vehicle accident on Saturday afternoon in Jefferson City.

Police reports show the accident occurred in the 2300 block of Missouri Boulevard around 2:45 p.m.

A vehicle driven by Enza Row, 63, St. James, was attempting to make a left turn from the Hobby Lobby parking lot to travel west on Missouri Boulevard.

Another vehicle, driven by a 16-year-old juvenile female from Ashland, was going east on Missouri in the left lane.

Row made a left turn, crossing into the path of the juvenile's vehicle and the two collided.

Row was taken to a local hospital for treatment of non-life-threatening injuries, and a passenger in the juvenile's vehicle was also hurt, but refused treatment.

The area was down to one lane of traffic in both directions while the crash was investigated and the vehicles were removed.

The juvenile and her passenger were wearing their seat belts. Row was not wearing her seat belt.
