COMMERCE CITY, Colo. (AP) - Landon Donovan scored in the 80th minute to give the Los Angeles Galaxy a 4-3 comeback victory over the Colorado Rapids on Wednesday night.

The Galaxy (10-5-7) trailed 2-0 and 3-1 in the first half. Goals by Robbie Keane, Omar Gonzalez, Alan Gordon and Donovan handed Colorado (8-11-6) its fifth straight loss.

An unmarked Keane scored on a header in the 20th minute for his 13th goal of the season. In the 55th minute, Gonzalez headed in Donovan's free kick to pull the Galaxy within 3-2. Alan Gordon's close range shot evened the match at 3 in the 68th minute.

Colorado rookie Marlon Hairston opened the scoring with his first MLS goal in the 14th minute. Three minutes later, Edson Buddle became the eighth player to score 100 MLS goals. Colorado's third goal came on Marc Burch's free kick that ricocheted off goalkeeper Jaime Penedo in the 30th minute.

EARTHQUAKES 1, SOUNDERS 1

SEATTLE (AP) - Chris Wondolowski tapped in a point-blank shot in the 65th minute and San Jose came back from the worst lost in franchise history to pull out a draw against Seattle.

The Earthquakes (6-9-7) were routed 5-0 at home last Saturday by FC Dallas.

Even with the draw, the Sounders (13-7-3) climbed back into a tie for both the Western Conference and overall top spot in MLS.

Seattle, West co-leader Real Salt Lake and East leader Sporting Kansas City all have 42 points.

Halftime substitution Cordell Cato started San Jose's scoring play when he took the ball down the left wing nearly to the goal line. He sent it across the goalmouth to the far post, and Wondolowski redirected it into a wide-open net for his ninth goal of the season and seventh all-time against the Sounders.

Chad Barrett gave Seattle the lead just 36 seconds into the second half. He caught up with a long through ball from Obafemi Martins, got behind three defenders, and drilled a shot from the top left side of the penalty area into the far corner for his sixth of the year.
