Jefferson City man charged with child pornography

A Jefferson City man is charged with possession of child pornography for an incident in July.

Jeffery Millens Jr., 19, was on probation for a charge of second-degree robbery.

Court documents show Jefferson City police were conducting a property damage investigation involving Millens, and in the process, officers saw sexually explicit pictures of a female under the age of 18.

The victim confirmed the pictures were of her, but said she sent them in confidence and did not want to share them.

Millens said he posted the photographs of the victim after she posted sexually explicit photos of him.

As of Friday, Millens was being held on $75,000 bond in the Cole County Jail.
