Four Owensville residents were injured in a two-vehicle accident at 4:15 p.m. Thursday on Simpson Road at Turnbough Road in Gasconade County.
According to the Missouri Highway Patrol report, a 2002 Chevrolet Impala, driven northbound by Nina F. Ransom, 60, failed to yield to a 2002 GMC S15, driven eastbound by Donald G. Allen, 51. After impact, the Allen vehicle went off the left side of the road and struck a fence.
Ransom, Allen and two passengers in the Allen vehicle - Mary A. Mason, 34 and Jesse R. Smith, 21 - were taken to Mercy Medical Center.
It is not known if anyone was wearing a seat belt.
