A Holts Summit man was injured this afternoon when his motorcycle crashed on the tri-level interchange in Jefferson City.
Police report Richard Slawson, 51, was driving eastbound on the US 50 off-ramp around 3:20 p.m. While making a left turn to access US 54 East, his motorcycle struck a pothole and went out of control into a guardrail.
Slawson received moderate injuries and was taken to a local hospital for treatment. Police said he was wearing a helmet which received damage in the crash and prevented additional injuries.
