KIRKSVILLE - Andy Devine allowed two runs on seven hits in seven innings as the Helias Crusaders edged Battle 4-2 in the championship game of the Kirksville Tournament on Saturday.
Alex Faddoul was 2-for-3 with an RBI, Hayden Lee drove in two runs, and Austin Sachse added an RBI to lead Helias at the plate. Alex Barton and Garrett Buschjost both added two hits to help pace the offensive attack.
The Crusaders (12-6) will play at Blair Oaks on Tuesday.
