EDMOND, Okla. - The No. 17 Central Missouri Mules closed out the regular season on a three-game winning streak after winning 10-7 at Central Oklahoma on Sunday.
Central Missouri earned the No. 1 seed in the Mid-America Intercollegiate Athletics Association Tournament and will host eighth-seeded Northeastern State in a best-of-three series starting Friday. The times for all the games will be announced later in the week.
The Mules are now 35-14 overall and 32-8 in the MIAA.
Central Missouri senior Brad Wilson (Helias High School) was 2-for-4 and drove in three runs to help lead the Mules at the plate Sunday.
Wilson leads the team in batting average (.382), doubles (12) and home runs (5).
