King Kat makes stop in Jefferson City

A total of 27 teams took part in the Cabela's King Kat Tournament Trail stop that took place Saturday on the Missouri River.

Weigh-ins took place at the Noren Access in Jefferson City, with the team of John Jamison and Mark Thompson winning the event with a total of 52.56 pounds.

It was the fourth of 11 Local Events on this year's Trail schedule, and the fifth overall, as one Super Event also has been held. It is the only one that will be held in Missouri this year.
