LIBERTY - The Westminster men's and women's track and field teams combined to break five school records at the William Jewell Darrel Gourley Open on Saturday.
The women's team placed 10th, while the men's team finished 13th.
Among those breaking marks were Brett Robertson (California High School), who set new school record in the javelin with a toss of 45.70 meters, and Mike Lutz (California High School), who broke a school record in the shot put with a heave of 11.02 meters.
