Russellville gets past St. Elizabeth

RUSSELLVILLE - The Russellville Indians evened their record at 4-4 with a 9-3 win against St. Elizabeth on Tuesday.

Clayton Meyer picked up the victory, allowing just one hit in six scoreless innings. He struck out four.

Tanner Morrow led the Indians' offense with two hits and two RBI, while Meyer, Chase Smith and Zach Voss had two hits and one RBI apiece.

Clayton Thompson chipped in with two hits.

Russellville, which won the JV game 3-2, will play Thursday at School of the Osage.
