COLUMBIA -Eric Anderson did a little of everything, as the Missouri Tigers avoided a sweep with a 4-2 win against Georgia in Southeastern Conference action Sunday.
Anderson tossed a complete game while striking out 12 on the mound, as well as scoring a pair of runs on the offensive side of things.
Missouri jumped out to a 4-0 lead after two innings thanks to RBI from Josh Lester, Kendall Keeton and Dylan Kelly.
Georgia tallied a run in the fourth and another in the fifth, but Anderson shut down the Bulldogs after that.
Missouri (14-16, 4-8 SEC) is scheduled to host Missouri State on Tuesday.
